Alright, so i haven't been blogging for a week or so. There is alot to blog about. So hopefully i may be able to compress everything down.
Day1 of school.
-1st day of lecture
I went in to my lecture theatre, i see eyes after eyes staring at me. Right, I was NOT late. In fact, i was on time. Nonetheless, i walked down the stairs and saw a row of boys sitting together. Almost immediately, he stretched out his hand and introduced himself. I was super shocked. I wondered, "WHY DIDNT YOU DO THIS DURING THE INDUCTION PROGRAMME" yeah.
I was alone the whole of induction. So i got to know 3boys and 1 girl in 15min. Pretty cool.
2hrs later, lecture ended. My classes ended. I have no more classes for that day in other words. No joke. That's the end of day 1, after i went for cca fiesta.
Day2 of school.
I went to school with my senior today. She's the same age as me, but in the 2nd year now. We took bus today. And while on the bus, somewhere around mandai, i showed her my timetable. And she looked at me in a very serious way. She said this "You have no school today...."
I was like, shit... Im in the middle of nowhere and she said i have no school. I still went to ngeeann, and waited for friends for lunch.
Day3 of school.
-1st day of tutorial.
Lecturer gave me a stack of modules and told us[the class] specifically that this is v.important and that we have to keep it with us at all times. On that very day, i lost it.
I figured, there are 1 other boy and 23 girls in my class...
-1st day of sports and wellness [S&W] AKA PE.
This just like pe, where you jump and run about. But it is slightly different. You get to choose your sports that you want to be in. Sports like hiphop, swimming, tennis, squash etcetc...
BUT, all these sports have a limited number of places. In other words, the sports will not take anymore ppl when it is full. And it is a first come first get basis. We were one of the last group to get there. Thus, we only have the left overs. Let me emphasize again, THE LEFT OVERS.
In other words, those are the sports left which NOBODY wants to touch. And we are the ones who have to touch it. I took dancesport. You may think it seems okay. But it's not!
Dancesport = Latin dance, salsa, chacha etcetc....
To add on this madness. The sport have half of the ECH [earlychildhood] pupils from my class. Thus, its a crazily all girls occupied sports. There 26 max seats. 3boys. 23girls.
Not only that! The instrutor said to the boys "The boys are precious to us. We can't afford you to be absent. We need you to dance with all the girls"
In other words, HE's GONNA WORK OUR ASSES OFF!
Is he crazy?! That's 23 girls against 3 boys! The balance is like totally thrown off!
The rest who couldnt get dancesport, whined because they have to take up either swimming[LIFE SAVING] or soccer [field or street]. And those who took swimming, either have NO swimming background or DONT even know how to swim.
Day4 of school.
Only 3 hours of lessons today. Nothing much to tell. But i went for the Dance for fun event. I was the supporter, not the dancer. Its a contest against other NP school. I was in the school of Humanities. AKA HMS.
And i shouted like shiiiitt. HMMMMMMMMMMSS! Something like that. Didnt win. But nearly won. I swear.
Day5 of school.
Today is a fully packed day. From 9-4. The longest hour of the week. Still had fun. Nothing to tell yet, we've been introducing ourselves to the lecturers for the pass few days.
There is the hop night today too. It's like clubbing in school. But with all the people you know, or will know. Pretty fun, basically because all those who dont know how to dance went in and made a fool. I was one of them, like hell how do i dance. Shake butt is also considered as dancing. People form circles and pull people into it. Really insane. Only the "on the high" people took off their shirts [GUYS].
