Ok, so if you're asking where to get the program, forget it. Cause you can never get it. It's just an animation the creator made. But the original creator is now lost in youtube due to loads of posers posting the same video of different soundtracks. All moving characters were flashed..most porbably by adobe. But i doubt you'll get such good effects if you try, unless you study about it.
